Primus Little Ninja's Instructor
Keith began his training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in 2014 as a way to help manage his stress from his work day. He quickly fell in love with the art. When you roll, you only focus on the movements and everything else seems to disappear. Keith thanks his growth in the sport to many of his instructors and peers through the years. Once he received his blue belt, he jumped into helping to train young children, including his own, in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. While this started as a humbling experience, it quickly became a rewarding one where young students thrived from the structure and challenges offered by Keith, his peers, and the art.
Keith believes in helping students to gain confidence, perseverance, and strength through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Not only can it strengthen one physically, but mentally. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu helps students realize that they can push through tough things, and Keith works hard to nurture that growth in a structured, but caring environment.
Keith resides in Dillsburg with his family and will frequently be seen on the mats with his two children Mackenzie and Reese.
